- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried talking to them on the phone about a title transfer and the lady was rude and then hung up on me today. Wow, what a culture shock from nice people in Virginia to rude people at this office. Recommend going into the office in person as the phone folks are RUDE !By Kent Rogers, June 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff was courteous and answered all of my questions. There was an issue with the computer that caused a delay with me receiving services. The waiting room is clean. Can't see the numbers easily from certain areas within the waiting room. Need to make numbers larger on screens that display the numbers.By L B, April 20, 2017
